Michael Wendtland
18 years experience in the field of ITS. Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona, California, Idaho and Utah. IMSA Level II Certified, PTOE. Principal Designer for the I-15 and I-80 East ATMS communication network in Utah. Mr. Wendtland has extensive signal timing experience (1,100 + intersections).

Randy Pearson
Over twelve years design and implementation experience in the field of ITS. Professional Engineer in Nevada, Minnesota and Utah. Mr. Pearson also served as the ITS Standards Engineer for ITS America in Washington, D.C.

Mike Klein
MCSE-certified network engineer with experience troubleshooting vehicle detection, complete wired and wireless Ethernet and optical network design, configuration and troubleshooting; CCTV network specialist, Multicast networking specialist, Certified Fiber Optic Specialist, IMSA Traffic Signal Level II Technician, and preparing RFPs for various agencies.

Gary Merrill
Traffic Signal Construction Superintendent and Lead Construction Estimator with over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of construction fields.

Micah Henry
Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, Experienced in Traffic signal design and Optimization, Plan development and Traffic Management Center Operations. 

Dan O'neill
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has more than 30 years of experience in the aerospace and traffic signal industries.  Dan is the principal author of the NextPhase program and an expert in traffic signal and ITS communications. Prior to joining ITS Engineers, Dan was employed by Siemens Gardner Transportation Systems, McCain/Bitrans Systems and Los Angeles County Public Works.
