ADOT ITS Procurement On-Call, AZ:
ITS Engineers and Constructors has successfully
completed several ITS on-call tasks for ADOT,
including: improvements to existing ITS
communications infrastructure; troubleshooting
existing detector hardware; creating a comprehensive
OSP database of ITS fiber optics infrastructure;
creation of procurement specifications for CCTV
equipment, video switch equipment, and 179
controllers and firmware; authorship of HAR/VMS
non-incident usage report; authorship of work-zone
travel time report; serving as liaison between the
Department and vendors, and CORSIM modeling.

Arizona Department of Transportation,
Freeway Management System Upgrade Project:
ITS Engineers and Constructors provided technical expertise
in the troubleshooting and commissioning of an ADOT freeway
management system upgrade. Work included troubleshooting a
twisted pair communications network, adjusting acoustic traffic
detectors and troubleshooting type 179 controllers. |

specifications for a rural CCTV camera system and
associated communications infrastructure to monitor
